Challenge

Earth Guard is a homegrown bumiputera supplier of industrial materials — filters, gaskets, pipes, fittings & flanges, bolts & nuts, PPE, coatings, and workshop tools — for oil & gas teams in Bintulu, Sarawak.

Their original site didn’t reflect how dependable the business is, and it gave buyers no clear, fast way to send specs and get a quote. Procurement teams need the right part, complete documents, and a reliable lead time — so the site had to build trust quickly and make the next step obvious.

Approach

We rebuilt Earth Guard on the Nine Labs editorial design system, re-skinned in a deep industrial green. The look is type-forward and sharp-edged, with no stock photos — it leans on clarity and credibility instead of decoration.

The whole site runs from a single source of truth. One set of typed data files drives the seven product categories, the services, the government registrations, and contact details — so the near-identical category pages stay consistent and the team can update content in one place.

The “Request a quote” flow

Solution

  • A focused homepage that says exactly what Earth Guard supplies and points straight to a quote.
  • A seven-category product system — filters, gaskets, pipe & flanges, bolts & nuts, PPE, coatings, workshop tools — each with specs and a quote link.
  • A “Request a quote” flow: one accessible form capturing item, spec, quantity and delivery location, with email and WhatsApp fallbacks.
  • Government registrations and licenses shown up front to establish trust with procurement teams.
  • Built in Next.js 16, mobile-first, and deployed on Vercel.

Results

Earth Guard now has a faster, more credible site that matches how the business actually operates — and one clear path from “I need this part” to a quote request that reaches the team.

It’s live in production, mobile-first, and simple for the Earth Guard team to keep current.
